Caroline Szymanski, Mind and Brain: Combining Design Thinking with insights from social neuroscience

Caroline has a background in social neuroscience and spends half her time studying neural team dynamics at the Max-Planck-Institute for Human Development and the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. The other half of her time she spends in the world of Design Thinking: teaching students at the HPI School of Design Thinking, being a jury member a futureideas.org, consulting companies on how to introduce DT into their innovation practices or developing innovation concepts with her colleagues at kandoee. Being passionate about Design Thinking and new ways of collaborative work styles, Caroline decided to dedicate the 3rd half of her time on thinking and writing about these topics. Yes, she has a time issue. You can still get in touch with Caroline, she’ll find a 4th half somewhere.
