Hall of Fail and Learning

Design Thinking fails for many reasons. Here we show why. Our “Hall of Fail” stories are explicitly not about the immanent and often misunderstood mantra “fail early and often” within design thinking processes and experiments. They rather show that design thinking introductions of any kind can be pretty fragile and need to be nurtured (e.g. by providing respective innovation capabilities) or even questioned (e.g. does the organisation need design thinking at all?). The circle of organizations, which share their – often painful – learnings with us will grow in the near future. Chapeau to our first brave case-givers!
